    Foreigners who, due to their economic, professional or social interests, are related to Spain, will be endowed, for identification purposes, with a personal, unique and exclusive number, of a sequential nature.

  • EU CITIZEN REGISTRY

    Citizens of a Member State of the European Union, another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland who are going to reside in the territory of the Spanish State for a period of more than three months are obliged to request their registration in the Central Registry of Foreigners.

  • RESIDENCE AND WORK FOR A PARTNER ACCOUNT

    It is an authorization for temporary residence and work for others that an employer or businessperson requests to hire a worker who is not or resides in Spain.

  • RENEWAL OF RESIDENCE AND WORK ALONGSIDE ACCOUNT

    When we manage to find a job that we like, where we feel really valued and well paid, foreign workers are still worried about something else, and that is to be able to continue keeping their job when the Residence Authorization and work for others expire.

  • RESIDENCE AND WORK OWN ACCOUNT

    In order to grant an initial authorization for temporary residence and self-employment, it will be necessary to prove, in each case, the requirements that are subsequently established regarding the area of residence and work, respectively.

  • RENEWAL OF RESIDENCE AND EMPLOYMENT OWN ACCOUNT

    The validity of the renewal of residence and self-employment authorization is for two years.

  • FAMILY REAGROUP

    To request family reunification in the General Regime, we must take into account that it is a temporary residence authorization, which may be granted to the relatives of foreigners residing in Spain, by virtue of the right to family reunification. To request family reunification under the general regime, as indicated by Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration.

  • LETTER OF INVITATION
